Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
22. INDEMNIFICATION

If Kiya Amil later adopts arbitration or class-action provisions, those provisions should be separately reviewed for enforceability before implementation.
26. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
27. NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
